When I call AutolusAssist, are there any special prompts for patients and healthcare providers?
No prompts are necessary in order to reach a Case Manager. Do note that, during certain hours, you may need to leave a message in order for a Case Manager to call you back as soon as possible.
Will the person I contact through live support be a Case Manager?
Yes. A Case Manager will be answering your call and will be able to assist you or answer your questions any time.

How can patients determine if they are eligible for the Patient Support Program?

What is the Patient Support Program offered by Autolus?
The Autolus Patient Support Program provides a range of support services for eligible patients and their caregivers, including:

- Help with benefits investigations and claims appeals
- Identifying potential sources of financial support, including patients who are uninsured or underinsured

How can patients register for the Patient Support Program?
The enrollment process will need to be initiated by the Authorized Treatment Center (ATC), who will then complete the enrollment form along with the patient.
ATCs may request the enrollment form by calling AutolusAssist at (855) 288-5227 or emailing autolusassist@autolus.com.
Is there assistance for enrolling patients into the program?

AutolusAssist Case Managers
What is a Case Manager?
A Case Manager is a single point of contact for the patient and caregiver with their Authorized Treatment Center. They provide dedicated support and are able to assist with a wide number of topics and questions along the CAR T-cell therapy journey.
What are a Case Manager’s responsibilities?
A Case Manager will monitor each case throughout the treatment journey. They can offer reference resources for healthcare providers as well as patients and caregivers. They also evaluate program eligibility and help administer the program's patient support.
In addition, Case Managers can perform financial assistance screening and provide benefit verification and reverification support.
How are the dedicated Case Managers assigned to patients and healthcare providers?
A Case Manager will be assigned based on your region and required assistance. You can contact AutolusAssist at (855) 288-5227 to learn more about the process for assigning a Case Manager.
How does one get in touch with their assigned Case Manager?
Once a Case Manager is assigned, you will be provided their contact information.
Do Case Managers provide information about lodging, meals, and/or transportation assistance?
